Practice Runbook

Run your practice like it’s been run before.

Operations kits for people who work alone. Each kit is the complete set of trackers, checklists and client documents for one specific practice — built to be used on the first day and every month after.

The kits

One per profession. Each is a workbook plus the client documents that profession actually needs.

Kit 03 · Personal trainers

The Personal Training Practice Kit

When a client buys a ten-session block, that money is not yours yet — you owe them ten sessions. This is the workbook that tracks what you owe, and the four documents that make your cancellation policy real.

  • Client balances — sessions bought, delivered and remaining, per client
  • At-risk flag — who has stopped booking, before they quietly quit
  • Session log — attended, no-show and late cancel, with the month key filled in
  • Attendance — per-client attendance rate, no-shows separated out
  • Capacity — sessions you can coach against the ones you have promised
  • Pricing calculator — income needed, out to 5/10/20/30-session blocks
  • Unearned revenue — the money you have taken for sessions not yet delivered
  • Four client documents — intake & screening, consent & liability, training policies, review card

What this is, and isn’t

Plainly

These are spreadsheets and documents. They are not accounting software, they do not connect to your ledger, and they do not file anything. The deadline tracker ships empty because your jurisdiction’s dates are not ours to guess.

What they do is stop you rebuilding the same trackers every year, and show you the two or three clients who are quietly costing you money.

Works in Excel, LibreOffice, and Google Sheets. Documents are PDF.

Guides

Written for the same reader the kits are: one person running a practice alone. No sign-up, nothing withheld.
